Students will learn several yoga asanas of all series under Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. How to reach Rishikesh?
There are several ways people can reach Rishikesh depending on the current location of the candidate. The following links will gonna help you to find it quickly.
What is the refund/cancellation/transfer policy if I am unable to attend ?
- For the purpose of booking a seat, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required.
- Transfer of course to another month – the deposit is fully non-refundable. Transferring to another month is possible upon request, given a four-week advance notice and subject to availability.
- While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, it is important to note that the transfer of the course to friends and family is not accepted. Moreover, if a booking is cancelled within four weeks, we will not accept the request, and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
- Once you arrive, it will be necessary to complete the payment by submitting the remaining 75%.
Is there any other courses available ?
- Obviously, there are plenty of courses available so that you don’t have to be deprived of the touch of yoga. You can have a look at our 300-hour yoga teacher training, 200-hour yoga teacher training, meditation teacher training etc
What is the check-in and check-out date for the course ?
- Check-in is on the 5th at 12 pm and check-out is on the 35th day of the course commencement date at 12 pm.
- If you plan to arrive earlier, please feel to contact us to request additional nights in our accommodation.
What to pack for 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training?
- Yoga Clothes: When packing for the yoga training, be sure to include comfortable and breathable clothing such as leggings, shorts, tank tops, and t-shirts. Additionally, ensure that you have enough outfits to last for the entire duration of the training.
- Yoga Mat: Bring a high-quality yoga mat that is durable and comfortable to use. Consider bringing a travel mat or a foldable mat that is easy to pack.
- Props: Depending on the program, you may need to bring your own yoga props, such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters. Check with your program ahead of time.
- Water Bottles: Carry your own water bottles as we have weekly excursions when we go out for exciting trips. Please do not bring plastic bottles, it will be appreciated, additionally, you can contribute to our efforts to be more eco-friendly. Surely using refillable water bottles made of copper or any other metal can be a better choice.
- Sandals or Flip-flops: Another thing to consider in your backpack is Flip-flops. When it comes to footwear, this option is ideal for the weather conditions and has the added benefit of being simple and quick to take off. Though you can also consider sports shoes that might be useful on excursion trips.
- Mosquito/Insect Repellant: It is important to pack a repellent if attending training in an area with a high risk of mosquitoes or other insects to ensure a comfortable stay during the training. This will help you significantly to be prepared for potential insect bites.
