Coronavirus(Covid-19) is a new kind of virus that can cause Pneumonia with symptoms like cough, fever. This kind of disease causes respiratory illness ranges from the common cold to MERS and SARs Coronavirus. In severe cases, it could cause organ failure and death. There is no cure for the virus and the recovery depends upon the immunity.

As the novel coronavirus infection approach 100,000 people worldwide, this was the first outbreak in Wuhan, China. Many researchers are still working under the challenging condition to bring this outbreak close.

The virus that spread from person to person is mainly emerging from the animal source. People who are in close contact with an infected person produce droplets when he sneezes or coughs. The people also get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object where the virus is present and then touching their own mouth, nose, and eyes as well.

    I am interested in getting certification for Pranayama. I practice kriya yoga , pranayama and meditation regularly since 2016.
