    Thanks for this wonderful article. I’ve recently started practicing Meditation about 3 months back. And honestly it’s pretty difficult to focus on Breaths and sit like that.
    But seriously I would like to place on records my most sincere thanks for this great informative post.
    I’ll start practicing this from today on wards. I guess, I’ll be able to practice this regularly.
