Practising Bhujnagasan has many benefits which also include a healthy sex life. To perform this yoga asana lie down on the mat and palm facing forward. Now press your hands and lift your upper body as much as possible. Keep breathing while remaining in this pose for 10 secs.

Mula Bandha ( Root Lock)

There are a total of four types of yogic locks in which Mula Bandha is one of them. It is a Sanskrit term which means “Root lock” or “Anal lock”. All yogic locks are well mentioned in the text of Hatha Yoga Pradipika.  Mula Bandha incorporates with both Pranayama and Dhayana mudra, hence it is the ideal way to unite your mind, soul and body.

Purna Titali Asan (Butterfly Pose)

Purna Titali Asana works as a mood enhancer which mainly helps in improving your sex life.  Sit up straight on the mat and fold legs at knees. Now bring soles of feet together as close as possible towards the pelvis. Place hands on the feet, Inhale and exhale while pressing the thighs down towards the floor.

Noukasana ( Boat Pose)

Boat pose strengthens your abdominals and enhances sexual pleasure for both. It is one of the poses from the Tantra Yoga to perform them simultaneously with a partner. To practice, this asana raises your legs, head and abdomen to a 45-degree angle. This pose requires both partners facing the same direction while practising. Now both keep your limbs quickly with your arms and legs. Draw your belly toward your spine. If your back starts to pain, bring your lower legs back down.

Karnapidasan (Inverted Plow)

In Hatha Yoga, Karnapidasan is an inverted pose. When doing this pose, your body resembles the traditional ploughs.  To practice this asana, lie down in Shava-asana and keep inhaling. Now bend your knees and bring them toward your belly while exhaling.  Raise the legs towards the head, lift the back and buttocks until your toes touch floor.
